Workplace Assessment
Digital, statutory workplace assessment for a healthy work environment
IPA Nordic’s digital Workplace Assessment helps your company meet legal requirements while strengthening daily well-being and safety. All companies with employees must complete a workplace assessment every three years, or sooner if working conditions change. Our solution makes the entire process efficient, transparent, and data driven.
All companies with employees must prepare a written workplace assessment. The assessment must be updated:
At least every three years
When working conditions change, such as new technology, restructuring, or relocation
When challenges arise related to stress, ergonomics, physical strain, or the psychosocial work environment
Many organisations also choose to use workplace assessments as part of their ongoing HR strategy because it supports well-being, reduces risk, and improves satisfaction.
Our online solution guides both employees and HR through a clear and structured process.
Easy digital completion. Employees answer OHS questions through an intuitive online interface.
Automated mapping. The system analyses responses and creates a complete overview of working environment challenges.
Risk identification. Key issues are highlighted so you can prioritise and act quickly.
Action plans and follow-up. Automated case management helps ensure that improvements are recorded, implemented, and evaluated.
Statutory documentation. All results are documented in accordance with the Danish Working Environment Act Section 15 and Order no. 1409 of 2020.
This provides a consistent and data informed approach that ensures nothing important is overlooked.
A high quality workplace assessment signals that your company takes safety and well-being seriously. This has a positive impact on both current employees and future talent.
Higher well-being and productivity. Employees who feel heard are more engaged.
Stronger reputation. A safe and healthy workplace supports both job satisfaction and retention.
Talent attraction. Workplaces with a strong working environment profile stand out in the job market.
Companies that work actively with their Health and Safety Environment often experience lower absenteeism and higher engagement.
